Happy to Be Hardcore - A CHALLENGE!

Hi Ladies!

So I am here to present you with a little challenge. This coming week, I plan to really push myself exercise wise. My plan, starting tomorrow, is this:

Saturday: Half-Hour Private Spin/Hour and 15mins Dance/Half hour PT (my usual)
Sunday: off
Monday: Core Class + 30 cardio at Champlain
Tuesday: 1hr cardio at Champlain
Wednesday: THE BIG PUSH: Hour Dance in am/PT in pm/Dance in PM
Thursday: off
Friday: Hour Spin/Hour Dance.

So I'm setting a goal of just about 10 hours this week. I am INSANE. I am not challenging you to do that many, but I'm challenging you to try something out of your comfort zone. For me that's going to Phusia in the morning and at night on Wednesday - it seems crazy, but I know I'll have fun once I'm there and burn so many cals!

For some this might mean just getting to the gym, for others doing an extra 20 mins on the treadmill. Whatever it is, I want to know about it, and I want to hear how you did!

This has come at a perfect time - I want to push myself to do more - I went out and got an exercise video this week lol.. A zumba copycat - lots of Latin dancing.. eek.. lets see if I can do it. As for you - that's a huge amount of exercise and being as hardcore as you are - you will totally thrash it too. Good luck!!!

Hardcore! I love it! I'm totally up for a challenge and really need to start pushing myself exercise wise!

I'll set a goal of getting 6 hours of exercise in a week. Realistically that's only 1 hour a day with taking a day off, totally do-able and far better than the about 3-4 hours I've been getting in.

I'm in for 5 hrs. by next Friday. This is a push for me but that is what I need. Does stall cleaning count? I'm going to say yes it does!

I'm in !!! and will pledge to add some jogging to my evenings and will start zumba on next saturday. Hope to get in an extra 1-2 hours a week, doing about 3-4 now.

I'm going to do the scary Jillian DVD that I haven't unwrapped in 3 months on my non-yoga mornings (and actually do my yoga in the morning).

I LOVVVVE THAT SHIRT...LOL I am a Spin Addict. I really Love the workout it gives me it is so much more intense than elliptical!!

p.s. I am setting myself at 6 hours of working out this week!!! I really need to get back on the wagon full time. Ive just been doing 1 class a week and thats spin on Fridays.

I am going to start a C25K program even though I have never been a runner. My goal is to compete (and not walk the whole thing) in a 5k this year.

I am still healing, so I will keep off the hardcore stuff for now-- but I will try to begin my treadmill walking and keep it light, but consistent!!
