Yummy Snack!

Hey guys!

As I'm a boring blogger, I thought I'd share a little product review with you. I bought these Yoplait Smoothies from the freezer section. I bought the Strawberry Mango Pineapple kind, and it comes with little chunks of yogurt in it. The idea is easy - just add 1 to 1.5 cups of skim milk. It comes to about 110 calories and I believe just 1 gram of fat.

I added a bit of extra milk to mine to make it more drinkable, but sometimes it's nice and more filling to have a thicker smoothie.

I'm a huge nerd, hence the umbrella... Hope you guys give these a try, they're a light yummy snack! I plan on trying to add some protein powder next time.

I saw these on the Biggest Loser last night and thought they looked really good. Glad to hear they are...I will pick some up and add some extra protein. Thanks for the tip.

I used this as part of my post up. I added protein powder to them and a little extra milk. It was a great addition of good carbs to help me gain back my energy. I have had problems finding them lately, but hopefully if more people start buying them more stores will carry them!

ANGIE!!! You are NOT a boring blogger! Your blog is one of my favorites! I am glad that you like these smoothies---I bought 2 packages at the store last weekend but I haven't gotten around to making them yet....maybe I will have to have a snacky treat later on.

I don't think that I have commented for awhile but as to your recent weight gain (then loss!) I think it is stress related. Whether you realize it or not starting a new school is a very stressful thing- I am proud of you for taking a step back and not being obsessed with your weight.

Okay this is the longest comment ever so I am going to sign off but I want you to know that you are such an inspiration- even when you struggle- thank you for sharing all that you do.

And like Girl Bandit said, you have lost a lot and have a lot of success otherwise too!! Plateaus (albeit annoying) are natural. We are all proud of you!!!
