Everything you mentioned is how I'm feeling too and especially the bit '2009 was the year I lost this weight'.. ok I'm tearing up a little right now.. cos really, we ARE and HAVE BEEN doing this.. and we are so frigging clever! lol.

I have meant to respond to you comment on fb yesterday about you going back and reading your blog from the beginning and how we were the only ones who commented on each others blogs! It's crazy isnt it. I dont know who was the beginning of the band blog movement...I dont know if I read your blog first or catherines...I will have to go back and look!
Your enthusiasm is motivating! Congrats on all your accomplishments. I definitely need to vlog so i can see that before and after difference in video not just pics. Love that you read your blog from the beginning. I can imagine the perspective. When I first started considering this process I read a bunch of people's blogs from the beginning, it was great to quickly see their progress. You look fab btw! And i was totally expecting a Canadian accent. Vlogs are interesting to put a voice and mannerisms with a face.
