Keep up the good work. Well walking 30 min is good. But brisk walking would be better. Take it step by step. Then try slow jog for 5 minutes and walk through the rest. Slowly adapt to your body. You should also try adding weight trainings into your exercise. It is proven to increase metabolism rate. I do a cardio-dance class called Phusi...thank you!<br /><br />I do a cardio-dance class called Phusion Monday Wednesday and Friday mornings, and then I do personal training sessions twice a week.
